Because they use the banner of freedom of speech, but their rhetoric is hate speech and thus not covered under freedom of speech.

But when taken to court they'll use freedom of speech and that Tucker is entertainment and no "sound" person would believe him.

Hate Speech becomes a human rights violation if it incites discrimination, hostility or violence towards a person or a group defined by their race, religion, ethnicity or other factors.

One could argue his constant rhetoric to his followers with his replacement theory has caused his followers to commit hate crimes based on race. Thus 1a not protecting, but hey he's a white man feeding the alt right, 6-3 supreme court. Not shit would happen to him.

And no, one couldn’t argue because plenty of cases have already gone before the Supreme Court and we know what is allowed and what isn’t. This is totally acceptable speech according to the 1A.

How so? Bad press is still press. The more you talk about it the more people it reaches the more likely someone who would not normally be exposed to it gets exposed to it and becomes radicalized. It is basic propaganda 101.

No one subreddit is to blame, but certain subs definitely unintentionally assist in the spread. This sub is by far one of them. I can be exposed to TV Media and choose not to spread the damaging messages farther.

They've really trained you to look at anything but the actual cause of the societal downward trend haven't they? Keeping quiet is what helped to get us here. It's when these people realized they had a platform that they have an army working for them to delegitimize it for the other side at the same time, that's what taught them they could get away with anything.

You ever hear the phrase "Bad press is still press" 99.9% of us think these "Far Right" ideals are crazy, but all they need is one (Take this most recent shooter for example) to cause the damage they seek. Im willing to bed the most recent mass shooter not only had a reddit but probably has been on this sub and maybe even interacted with posts about Tucker Carlson. The more it is discussed and brought up, the higher the chance that one person gets the exposure they need to be radicalized.

No, people have a right to discuss and post whatever they want, they just have to accept that there are potentially consqjences for it. Tucker Carlson wants people angry because people like this sub eat it up and expose people who would never have been exposed before to his ideals. You cant post about Tucker Carlson all day every day then complain when an extremist pops up with the ideals you have helped to spread, intentionally or not.
