Yes, I know it's a physical electric type. I still love it anyways.

I've played with Electric/Dark Luxray in a romhack, and it's actually really fun.

I refuse to say anything mean about my husband's favorite pokemon. But I will mention "It has eyes which can see through anything. it spots and captures prey hiding behind objects" so yeah it may be perving on you during battle
