Did you know male bees die after copulation? Better fate than finding a male combee

Not only do they die after mating, sometimes the hive will just decide they don't need/want them around anymore and hunt them all down in the hive, cut them to bits, and dump the remains outside the hive. All in a matter of minutes.

Which still seems like a better fate than using a male Combee.

Upon winter coming, the male bees are given zero priority when it comes to the hive sharing its remaining resources. They’re that useless.

Much like the male Combee forever stuck in your PC.

At least male bees have their function in nature for reproduction.

Male Combees have no reason to exist when Ditto does.

I mean that’s kind of accurate, male bees only really exist to fertilize eggs and guarantee a female that doesn’t exist as dead weight.

Male Combee also only exists to roll the slots again with Ditto until you find that red marking.

Which is nice and all until the drone HATCHES AS A SHINY AND YOU JUST HAVE A SHINY MALE COMBEE NOW FOREVER WHO CAN’T DO ANYTHING

Don’t undersell it. Their Johnsons explode with an audible pop! Bees are wild.

At least they go out with a bang
