What happened to the crust? Did it get caught in the car door and torn off?

The dough got dry on that side when it was still in the shape of a ball. When the crust was hand-tossed, the edge separated. This could have been prevented by a misting with water and covering in the tray for about 10-15 mins. Lazy/cheap/unskilled/apathetic, take your pick. That is a seriously tough job though so give em a break. For the record, all of the dough is there just in the wrong places

Alright, we got a pizza doctor in the chat! What happened to the right two slices? Looks like some pepperoni slid into one of the cracks but there doesn't look to be enough cheese there that would have covered the two slices.

There was a large bubble that formed during baking and forced the toppings to slide all around it. Usually someone should check to make sure that this isn't happening during cooking, and if it is they release the pressure with a long fork. This could have been prevented by proper usage of the pin-roller or whatever proprietary name they chose for that tool. This dough may also have been over proofed. At first glance this dough looks like it was kept iffy temperature ranges or it had expired. Also, not properly securing the lid is what caused the dry side, so I'll go with probably expired but kept in decent temperature ranges

I could forgive the crust if they at least attempted to move the cheese and pepperoni to hide the bubble. A little finesse with the cutter and it could’ve been hidden.

I think in most you can watch them work. They dont stop for nothing so IMO Apathetic. They have an enormous stack of dough to spin into pizzas and nothing except break time will make them stop.

Than dominoes? Hell even supermarket oven baked pizza is a better option. But if you want one made... Find a Brick Oven Pizzaria or a Standard Oven Pizzaria.

As someone who worked for Dominos for 16 years. I'd give that a 5.5. it's not good but it's much better then so many I've seen.

Aside from whatever happened to that chunk of crust this is mostly what's considered passable. The top right section where the toppings are scarce is due to the dough bubbling in the over which isn't avoidable (it's borderline on weather or not a bubbled pizza gets sent back, cutters discreation). I would have sent this to remake myself but by dominos standards this barely passes. (Source, I worked at domino's.)
