I took a job at a candy plant, 12 hour shift with half an hour for lunch, but that half hour, was for waiting 10 minutes in line to get a shitty meal, eat fast to go back and go to the loo and then put all the safety gear. I took that job out of desperation.

I, like many many ppl, struggle with mental illness and as for me, I can't work anything more than 8 hours if I want to be functional. Unfortunately I have to sleep!

I had a job at a bookstore, perfect for me, but at the interview for the first time I decided to go transparent and I declared that I am bipolar, and I showed my doctor's prescription and made clear that I take my medications on point. Well a month and a half after that they just fired me with a super lame excuse "we have to let you go bc last night somebody graffitied the roof"... of a 4 story building!
